Write It Out

A 30-day journaling practice for anxious minds.

One prompt a day.
No fixing.

No catching up.
Just a steady place to land

We all do it.

You wake up and immediately start thinking. Not just about the day ahead, but about everything that could go wrong.

I mean, how often do you stop to think about what might actually go right?

Almost never.

Instead, you spiral.
Stress. Anxiety. Overwhelm.

You tense up. Breathing gets shallow. Your minds jump from one thought to the next, searching for certainty, control, or relief.

Sound familiar?

Half the time, you don’t even know you’re doing it (hello, unconscious mind 👋).

You dwell on the past.
You worry about a future that hasn’t even happened.

And soon, you’re caught in a loop of negative thinking that feels impossible to escape.

So when you see those well-meaning Instagram quotes like:

“Just think positive.”
“Be happy.”
“Change your thoughts, change your life.”

You’re like… seriously?

HOW?!

Yoga Retreat - Asheville North Carolina, October 2022- Southern United States 25
If this feels familiar, you’re not broken, you’re human.

And You are not alone

Your brain is wired to look for problems, not peace.

In fact, studies show we have tens of thousands of thoughts a day, and most of them repeat, often leaning toward worry, fear, or what could go wrong. That’s called negativity bias, and it’s built into the nervous system.

So when you’re stressed or overwhelmed, your thoughts don’t calm down… they speed up.

That’s why “just think positive” never works.

An anxious mind can’t be forced into calm. It has to be guided there.

And that’s exactly what this practice helps you do.

Just Imagine for a Sec...

✅ waking up without your mind immediately racing ahead.

✅ noticing your thoughts… without getting pulled into them.

✅ Breathing more deeply and feeling steadier in your body

✅ Responding to life instead of reacting to it

✅ Having a simple, grounding practice you can return to when anxiety creeps in

INTRODUCING...

Write It Out

A 30-day journaling practice for anxious minds.

This course isn’t about forcing positivity or “fixing” yourself.
It’s about giving your mind a safe place to land.

That’s what Write It Out is designed to do.

How Your 30-Day Practice Unfolds

Days [1-6] Body

A practice of grounding and safety, coming home to your body and the present moment. These practices help calm the nervous system and create a sense of stability, support, and safety through simple body-based awareness and journaling.

Days [7-12] Breath

Meet your breath just as it is. You’ll explore how your breath responds to stress and calm, learning to recognize what brings balance, without forcing or controlling.

Days [13-18] Heart

Create space for your emotions. This theme invites you to meet feelings with curiosity and kindness, strengthening self-compassion and emotional awareness.

Days [19-24] Mind

Gently shift your relationship with anxious thoughts. Rather than quieting the mind, you’ll learn to observe and question thoughts with awareness, inviting more clarity and mental spaciousness.

Days [25-30] Bliss

Rooted in the present, open to possibility. You’ll clarify what matters most, set heartfelt intentions, and take small, aligned steps toward more peace, purpose, and trust.

By the end of the 30 days, you’ll feel more equipped to work with anxiety rather than against it, using journaling, breath, and awareness to create calm, clarity, and emotional balance.

How it works:

The 30-day practice is centered around 5 core themes: Body · Breath · Heart · Mind · Bliss

✨ Each theme includes 6 unique journaling prompts + 1 guided meditation

📩 Every day for 30 days, you’ll receive a journaling prompt and the theme’s meditation in your inbox

📆 Your first prompt lands in your inbox on the morning after you enroll. Get ready to Write It Out!

Hey, I'm Argentina

And I'll be your guide during this course

I found yoga during a time when life felt overwhelming. After moving to the U.S. from the Dominican Republic as a teenager, everything was new (new language, new school, new world) and anxiety became a constant companion.

Yoga became a refuge. A place to feel grounded, present, and safe in my body.

In 2015, I completed my yoga teacher training and went on to teach full-time in New York City, working with students from all backgrounds. That experience made one thing clear to me: yoga isn’t about flexibility or perfection, it’s about accessibility, nervous system support, and self-connection.

Later, I discovered Yoga Nidra, a practice that deeply transformed the way I relate to stress and anxiety. Today, it’s at the heart of my teaching, along with journaling, breathwork, and mindfulness.

Everything I share, including Write It Out, comes from lived experience and a belief that calm, clarity, and self-trust are skills we can gently practice, one day at a time.
