Blissful Yoga Nidra

A deeply restorative, guided Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) meditation offered live each week. These sessions invite you to lie down, soften tension, and gently return to yourself, layer by layer.

Each month, we explore a unique emotional and energetic theme, like grounding, joy, or trust, woven into each week’s practice. Over time, you’ll build a felt sense of safety, spaciousness, and self-connection.

Every Thursday, 8pm EST (virtually via Zoom)

How It Works

  • Once you sign up, you’ll immediately receive a confirmation email with the zoom link. 
  • Find a quiet, cozy space to lie down in Savasana (corpse pose)—this is a practice of full rest, so make yourself deeply comfortable.
    • Think: blankets, pillows, eye covering, maybe even a bolster under your knees—just like the image below.
  • We’ll begin with 5 minutes of gentle breathwork to help you land in your body, calm your mind, and arrive fully in the moment. From there, I’ll guide you through a Yoga Nidra journey designed to restore, regulate, and reconnect.

This is a space to slow down, restore, and remember: your body is home.
