So often, joy isn’t something we need to find, it’s something we create space for. Beneath the tension, the overthinking, and the weight of daily life, there is a natural sense of lightness, play, and ease waiting to be felt again.

In this guided Yoga Nidra, you’ll be led into a state of deep rest where the body softens, the mind quiets, and the nervous system resets. From this place, we begin to shift out of constriction and into spaciousness.

How to practice:
Find a quiet, comfortable place where you can lie down undisturbed. You may want a blanket, pillow, or eye covering. This is a practice of effortless awareness—there’s nothing to do, nowhere to go.
