What You'll Learn

Day By Day

🌀 Days 1-5 Connect

Before diving into deeper breathwork, we begin by reconnecting to the natural rhythm of our breath. These first five days are all about turning inward—gently shifting from external noise to internal awareness. Through simple, calming breath practices, you'll settle your energy, anchor your attention, and begin to feel the subtle intelligence of your breath as a steady presence.

🎯 Days 6–10: Focus

As your breath becomes more familiar, we’ll begin to introduce the practice of Dharana—active concentration. These practices help train the mind to focus with intention, creating a bridge to deeper meditative states (Dhyana). Using breath visualizations and mantras, you’ll cultivate a sense of calm alertness, clarity, and inner steadiness.

⚖️ Days 11–15: Balance

Our breath is a reflection of how we feel—and sometimes it’s out of sync. You might notice your inhale dominates one day, your exhale the next. These fluctuations are normal, but they also offer insight. In this phase, you’ll explore techniques designed to balance the breath, helping regulate your nervous system and support emotional equilibrium.

🌿 Days 16–20: Ground

When the world feels overwhelming or your energy is scattered, grounding is key. These practices focus on lengthening the exhalation—a proven way to calm the nervous system and bring your awareness into the body. Especially supportive for anxiety, insomnia, or overstimulation, this stage helps you land more deeply in the present moment.

You’ve laid the foundation. You’ve breathed, focused, balanced, and grounded. Now, you arrive. Our final day offers an energizing, uplifting practice to awaken your whole being. It’s designed to leave you feeling refreshed, inspired, and empowered—ready to carry the breath with you beyond these 21 days.

Meet Your Guide

Argentina Rosado

Argentina started practicing yoga when she was 15, right after she moved to the United States from the Dominican Republic. Yoga became a sanctuary and relief from the anxiety that came while navigating life and all the changes at the time.

Argentina became passionate about sharing the practice and received her teacher certification in 2015. She’s a 500HR experienced yoga teacher and specializes in Yoga Nidra meditation.

Argentina’s mission is to help students build physical and mental well-being through yoga, meditation, community, and connection with nature.

She enjoys spending time with her two dogs (yep! she walks and feeds six dogs everyday, hers and her sister’s), road trips, cooking, and nature hikes.
