Hey there, I'm Argentina

I teach breathwork and meditation to help people get calm in times of high stress and anxiety.

You might have tried a few things already, like...

...meditation, yoga, exercise, journaling, coaching, taking breaks, going for a walk, more exercise, more this, more that...

But, you still feel:

Unfocused (with all the anxious thoughts that keep you on a downward spiral).

Tired, which then makes you unproductive (who can sleep when they're anxious? No one!!).

Frustrated (because you don’t know when to pause or what to do when you pause).

Irritable and impatient around people (especially your family).

Physically unsafe or isolated (it’s hard to be in crowds and socially active when you're anxious).

How do I know?

Well, because let me tell you...I’ve been there!

I started practicing yoga, breathwork, and meditation when I was in high school. I was stressed, overwhelmed, and highly anxious due to the many changes that were happening in my life at the time. My practice soon became my sanctuary. And then, it hit me!

The things that were happening to me didn’t change. As a matter of fact, they got worse. But the more I practiced, the more I was able to see things differently. They were no longer stressful. They were just things that were happening as part of life.

I still have episodes of anxiety, stress, overwhelm, and depression, but not in a “generalized” way like I used to. After all, I’m still human, and those things are part of life no matter how balanced we “think” we are. The best part about being on the other side?

I can still have my coffee!

SOME FUN FACTS:

  • I was born in the Dominican Republic, raised in Boston, and lived in New York for ten years. Most people can’t tell where my accent comes from and I think it’s hilarious. Go ahead, ask me: Red Sox or Yankees?

  • I’m obsessed with watching crime dramas on Netflix. Any recommendations?

  • I’m a total snob when it comes to coffee. I like mine strong, black, and full of flavor. The best coffee I’ve ever had was in Colombia. Of course!!

  • Sometimes people find me online because they’re searching for stuff in “Argentina” lol.

  • I love dogs. Duh!!!
