This is a 4-day immersive journey for those who feel called to share Yoga Nidra. Whether you’re a yoga teacher, therapist, coach, or simply drawn to guiding meditation, this training will support you in developing the skills and confidence to lead others through this powerful practice.
Held in a cozy, private cabin in the countryside of western North Carolina, this experience is intentionally intimate. Working with a small group allows for personalized guidance, meaningful connection, and dedicated time for practice teaching and coaching, the heart of this training.
This training follows a progressive, layered approach, meaning you’ll learn one aspect of Yoga Nidra at a time and begin guiding it right away.
Each day includes hands-on practice teaching, so you’re not just learning the practice, you’re actively embodying, creating, and sharing it.
The experience is intentionally balanced between understanding and application, blending:
Each day is thoughtfully structured into progressive lessons that build upon one another, guiding you through the essential components of a Yoga Nidra practice in a way that feels intuitive and embodied.
Rather than isolated topics, the material is woven together so you can experience how the practice unfolds as a complete, cohesive journey.
Throughout the weekend, you’ll move through a blend of lecture, discussion, and hands-on application. Every concept is explored and practiced, giving you the opportunity to integrate what you’re learning in real time through guided teaching and supportive feedback.
To support focus and integration, each day includes a lunch break along with short breaks between sessions, creating space to rest, reflect, and absorb the depth of the work.
