Write It Out

An easy-to-follow, accessible, 30-day challenge (with fun prompts and guided meditations) to help you release stress and anxiety and…

…invite more calm, clarity, and growth with journaling, meditation, and intention setting practices.

Starts August 1, 2025

We all do it...

We wake up and instantly start thinking. Not just about the day ahead, but about everything that could go wrong.

How often do we stop to think about what might go right?

Hardly ever.

Instead, we spiral.
Stress. Anxiety. Overwhelm.
Half the time, we don’t even realize what we’re holding onto (hello, unconscious mind 👋).

We dwell on the past.
We worry about a future that hasn’t even happened.
And soon, we’re caught in a loop of negative thinking that feels impossible to escape.

So when you see those well-meaning Instagram quotes like:
“Just think positive.”
“Be happy.”
“Change your thoughts, change your life.”
You’re like… seriously? HOW?!

That’s why I created Write It Out, a 30-day guided journaling challenge to help you:

🌀 Release stress, anxiety, fear, and everything in between
🪷 Invite more clarity, calm, and emotional resilience into your daily life
📝 Build the mindful habit of self-inquiry through guided journaling
🎯 Set clear intentions, vision, and actionable goals for areas of your life that matter (health, relationships, career, and more)

You don’t need to have the answers. You just need a pen, a journal, and a willingness to write it out.

✅ Invite more clarity, calm, and emotional resilience into your daily life

But Why Journaling?

Journaling is a powerful, mindful practice that allows us to record our thoughts and feelings, while helping us be more in control and aware of the present moment.

Writing in a journal allows you to:
  • Express and release your emotions in a safe and private space. It can help reduce stress, anxiety, and overwhelming feelings by providing an outlet for your thoughts and emotions.
  • Gain a deeper understanding of yourself, your values, beliefs, and motivations, leading to enhanced self-awareness.
  • Process complex situations and brainstorm potential solutions or alternative viewpoints.
  • Manage overwhelming thoughts and feelings, leading to a calmer mind.
  • Explore new ideas, intentions, set goals, and spark inspiration.
  • Work through emotional pain and work towards acceptance and resolution.

You don’t need to have the answers. You just need a pen, a journal, and a willingness to write it out.

How it works:

The 30-day journaling journey is centered around 5 core themes: Body · Breath · Heart · Mind · Bliss
