Write It Out

A 30-day Journaling Practice to release stress and anxiety and cultivate inner calm.

One day at a time.

We all do it...

We wake up and instantly start thinking. Not just about the day ahead, but about everything that could go wrong.

I mean, how often do we stop to think about what might go right?

Almost never.

Instead, we spiral.
Stress. Anxiety. Overwhelm.

We tense up. Our breathing gets shallow. Our minds jump from one thought to the next, searching for certainty, control, or relief.

Sound familiar?

Half the time, we don’t even know we’re doing it (hello, unconscious mind 👋).

We dwell on the past.
We worry about a future that hasn’t even happened.
And soon, we’re caught in a loop of negative thinking that feels impossible to escape.

So when you see those well-meaning Instagram quotes like:

“Just think positive.”
“Be happy.”
“Change your thoughts, change your life.”
You’re like… seriously?

HOW?!

That’s why I created Write It Out

A 30-day guided journaling challenge to help you:

✅ Release stress, anxiety, fear, and everything in between.

✅ Invite more clarity, calm, and emotional resilience into your daily life

✅ Build the mindful habit of self-inquiry through guided journaling

✅ Set clear intentions, vision, and actionable goals for areas of your life that matter (health, relationships, career, and more)

Ok. But Why Journaling?

Journaling is a powerful, mindful practice that allows us to record our thoughts and feelings, while helping us be more in control and aware of the present moment.

Writing in a journal allows you to:
  • Express and release your emotions in a safe and private space. It can help reduce stress, anxiety, and overwhelming feelings by providing an outlet for your thoughts and emotions.
  • Gain a deeper understanding of yourself, your values, beliefs, and motivations, leading to enhanced self-awareness.
  • Process complex situations and brainstorm potential solutions or alternative viewpoints.
  • Manage overwhelming thoughts and feelings, leading to a calmer mind.
  • Explore new ideas, intentions, set goals, and spark inspiration.
  • Work through emotional pain and work towards acceptance and resolution.

You don’t need to have the answers. You just need a pen, a journal, and a willingness to write it out.

How it works:

The 30-day journaling journey is centered around 5 core themes: Body · Breath · Heart · Mind · Bliss

✨ Each theme includes 6 unique journaling prompts + 1 guided meditation

📩 Every day for 30 days, you’ll receive a journaling prompt and the theme’s meditation in your inbox

📆 Your first prompt lands in your inbox on the morning after you enroll. Get ready to Write It Out!

Hey, I'm Argentina

And I'll be your guide during this course

I found yoga during a time when life felt overwhelming. After moving to the U.S. from the Dominican Republic as a teenager, everything was new—new language, new school, new world—and anxiety became a constant companion.

Yoga became a refuge. A place to feel grounded, present, and safe in my body.

In 2015, I completed my yoga teacher training and went on to teach full-time in New York City, working with students from all backgrounds. That experience made one thing clear to me: yoga isn’t about flexibility or perfection—it’s about accessibility, nervous system support, and self-connection.

Later, I discovered Yoga Nidra, a practice that deeply transformed the way I relate to stress and anxiety. Today, it’s at the heart of my teaching, along with journaling, breathwork, and mindfulness.

Everything I share—including Write It Out—comes from lived experience and a belief that calm, clarity, and self-trust are skills we can gently practice, one day at a time.
