Helping you Find calm, clarity, and healing through the power of deep rest.

Meditation Isn’t About Being Good at It...

It's about showing up.

So no, you’re not bad at meditation—you just need to keep at it a little longer.

Think about it. An NBA player trains every day to master his craft. Even then, he doesn’t make every shot. But he keeps showing up, because practice is what builds the skill.

Meditation is no different.

It won’t always be perfect. Your mind will wander. You’ll get distracted. That’s normal.
What matters is showing up—again and again.

Just like athletes train supporting skills like strength, balance, and mindset, we can support our meditation practice with breathwork, focus, and even physical flexibility—to make sitting or lying down feel more effortless.

Why am I telling you all this?

Meditation isn’t a one-time fix or something you’re naturally good or bad at.

It’s a skill. A practice. A lifestyle.

Just like exercising to stay strong, or brushing your teeth to stay healthy, we meditate to stay mentally and emotionally fit—especially in a world that constantly pulls us in every direction.

A PRACTICE IS WHAT IT TAKES TO HEAL.

But I get it...

Starting (and sticking to) a regular practice is hard, no matter who you are.

That’s exactly why I created simple, supportive tools and programs to help you get started—without the stress, overwhelm, or fear of falling behind.

Hey. I'm Argentina

I tried yoga for the first time back when I was in high school. I had just moved to the US from the Dominican Republic and was going through a lot of changes at the time – new school, new friends. New language. New weather. New everything! Life was overwhelming and being the shy person in the room certainly didn’t make things any easier. The anxiety and stress was real. Yoga was such a welcoming relief that I was curious to learn more and keep practicing. It became a retreat from all the chaos and the perfect way to stay present. I practiced on and off throughout the years and became more steady as I grew older.

I completed my yoga teacher training in 2015 and quickly became a full time instructor, teaching in the most diverse place in the world, New York City. Teaching yoga in rooms packed with so many types of people taught me one thing and one thing only…
